S80 pumps
Self-priming SA.80 and SB.80 pumps, vortex, ring, with a side ring channel and an open rotor are used to pump liquids in the corrosion resistance range of materials used in pump parts.
Liquids of a temperature up to 110°C, density 1300 kg/m3, viscosity up to 150 mm2/s, contaminated with traces of solid firm particles of the size up to 0.5 mm can be pumped. These pumps can supply air to a tank together with liquid by using an air inspiration vent, however, they cannot provide initial air pressure in the tank. Their applications include: water supply automates and systems and other remote controlled equipment. A compressor or other device to generate initial air pressure in a tank is required for work with a hydrophore.
The greatest advantage of SA.80 and SB.80 pumps is their ability for automatic suction, without a need to fill the suction hose with liquid. Using this advantage the suction hose can also be directed through elevations above the pump. These pumps can also work in portable equipment. Slight leakage on hoses or connections does not cause significant work disturbances. The pumps can work with motors with power frequency of 50-60 Hz.

S-type pumps consist of: bearing bodies, shaft, suction and discharge body with shaft sealing. Rotors are installed on the shaft. Their number depends on the number of pump stacks. Rotors are limited with sections. On the side of the suction body, suction sections and discharge sections are placed alternately.
SB.80 pump design differs from the basic SA.80 design, with one ball bearing installed on the suction side, while on the discharge side there is a special inner slide bearing applied. Furthermore, instead of cord ring sealing, the front sealing was used. This type of pump design ensures prolonged life.
