Powder coating station

malarnia-proszkowaFrom 2012 Hydro-Vacuum Wąbrzeźno Sp. z o.o. expanded its services range with powder coating. We use highly efficient modern equipment, ensuring high quality of services. We coat black and galvanised steel surfaces in any colour from the RAL palette. We also have an automated pressure washing station for chemical cleaning and preparing surfaces to be coated.

Our application line has the following dimensions"
• height – 1500 mm
• width – 750 mm
• length - 1400 mm

and a single chamber oven of dimensions:
• height – 1600 mm
• width – 1850 mm
• length - 3000 mm

Coated items are subjected to polymerisation in the temperature up to 220 °C.

Powder coating is conducted on a modern line consisting of:
• single coating station with an electrostatic application from Wagner
• single chamber oven with a heating unit using natural gas
