Utility water heaters
Utility water heaters are used to prepare hot water. The series consists of heaters of capacity 80, 100 and 120 litres. The basic heating source is a coal oven range produced by ZPU Hydro-Vacuum Wąbrzeźno Sp. z o.o., of TK2 or "Retro" type, provided with a coil. The coil can also work with central heating boilers, particularly with solid fuel burning boilers.
Water in the tank is heated by the coil of large surface, supplied with heating water from the coal range coil or central heating boiler. The heater can also work in the system with the heating water circulation forced by a pump. An additional heating source for the heater can be a 2 kW/230V electric heater. The heater tank with the coil has two layers of ceramic enamel tempered at 8600C. Additionally, the tank is protected with a magnesium anode. The tank is protected against heat loss with 40mm Styrofoam insulation layer.
