“RETRO” coal range ovens
"RETRO" coal range ovens are designated for homes, residential houses or holiday houses. They can be used for cooking, frying or baking. They are equipped with: an oven, a fixed grate, a device regulating air flow to the grate and an exhaust gases circulation lever. Grate, ash-pan and oven doors are installed in the oven's front wall. The oven is provided with security insulation, ensuring uniform heating inside, and with a baking tray. The grate and exhaust gas circulation ducts are laid with chamotte bricks and insulating panels. Depending on the exhaust gas outlet location, manufactured "RETRO" ovens are either "left" (L) or "right" (R). Depending on their needs, customers select standard make (an outlet in the back wall) or change the exhaust gas outlet location by exchanging (back, side) the exhaust gas outlet panel and the pipe connector. The ovens can also have a heat pack installed in the grate chamber. With a nominal chimney draft of 10 Pa and burning of a nominal coal dose of 1.6 kg/h, the pack achieves the following parameters:
heat efficiency < 60%
heat output > 2.5 kW
By connecting the oven to a water heater, hot water is provided in the amount sufficient for one family, with simultaneous cooking or baking, and heating of a kitchen. By connecting the oven to a central heating radiator, a room of 15m3 (e.g., bathroom) can be heated. However, the amount of obtained hot water will be lower.
