ZBOS / ZBOL hydrophore tanks
Diaphragm hydrophore tanks type ZBOS (vertical), ZBOL (horizontal) are intended for storing utility water used to supply water to residential and utility buildings from their own intake for food or industrial purposes. Together with self-priming or submersible pumps, they form hydrophore machines.
An EPDM rubber membrane was installed inside the tank. The tanks are protected against corrosion by paint coating - outside and inside powder coated.
ZBOS/L tanks don’t require constant replenishment of air during operation, because the air cushion system has been separated by a flexible diaphragm.
A pressure gauge, a valve and a handle are mounted on the upper bottom for free positioning of the tank.
Advantages of ZBOS / ZBOL tanks:
- tanks painted outside and inside with powder paint,
- maintenance-free tanks (no need to refill the air cushion),
- quick montage,
- longer tank life (water is in the diaphragm),
- the possibility of mounting the pump directly on ZBOL type tanks
