CL pumps
CL vortex centrifugal pumps are used to pump chemically neutral liquids, free of mechanical contamination, of a temperature up to 110°C, density 1.1 kg/dm3, and viscosity up to 5 mm2/s. Acceptable pressure on the pump inlet is 0.6 MPa. CL pumps are mainly used in central heating and hot water systems.
Parameters:
• guaranteed many years of reliable work and easy access to spare parts
• continual technical supervision, and guarantee and post-guarantee technical servicing
• low purchase and operation costs
• relatively long life cycle in difficult operating conditions.
CL pump design
CL vortex centrifugal pumps with linear flow (in line) are single stack pumps with a compact body and a set of tappings allowing their direct connection to heating or hot water system pipelines. The pump is directly mounted on an electric motor with a special shaft end for installation of the pump rotor and frontal mechanical sealing. The pump body is screwed to the motor flange through a special connector, with M8 (CL3) or M10 (CL4) double-nutted bolts.
